FRP Sheets Characteristic:The color gelcoat used on the surface is of iso-phtalic-NPG based resin, FDA approved. It makes the surface of panels smoother, brighter, and easier to clean..The maximum dimension of panels are 13.5meters long to 2.8meters wide and also can produce as customers requirements. High-strength aluminium profile are used as structure conncection to achievecomvenient assembly without any special tools required.
Physical Performance;Because FRP sheets use high quality imported materials and made machanically by short-cut sprayer, high tensile strength is achieved, up to 100Mpa. No delaminating and peeling off occure even after long term using, which often happen on the hand-made FRP sheets.
Insulation Performance:The heat conductivity of FRP sheet is about 0.2W/M.K. The property of insulation is better than steel and aluminum sheets.
Surface Performance:The surface of FRP sheet has a coat of premium gelcoat. It gives the panels better chemical stabilization to air water and agaist normal medium such as acid, alkali ,salt. MEGE panels have good gloss retention and can keep smooth apperance after long time using, non-fading, corrosion resistance, against direct sunlight, against aging , Due to the coat of gelcoat, it also gives the surface big advertisement potential.
Maintainability:FRP sheets are easier to repair without evident repaire trace, which steel and aluminum sheets are hardly comparable with.
